    The Direct Fulfillment (DF) Onboarding Team is responsible for the integration of vendors with the DF processes and systems. This covers candidate validation, account configuration, vendor training, vendor ramp-up and handover to operations (Ops) management. As a DF Onboarding Sr. PM, you will be responsible for EU vendor’s integration within DF program for a strategic cohort. You have the passion to continually innovate in our integration processes, work backwards from vendor experience and towards providing the best and smoother onboarding process. The role requires interaction with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external), across product families and locales. You will be accountable for raising the bar on vendor onboarding experience while influencing business-critical decisions that improve DF Ops performance for newly integrated vendors.

Key job responsibilities

  • Leading strategic projects across various product categories, while collaborating with multiple partner teams to define long-term business and strategic priorities for these domains.
  • Drive automation through providing Vendors better tools to self-serve.
  • Drive improvements working with DF Tech/Product Team and join forces with Retail for long-term and tactical planning.
  • Driving and leading continuous improvement initiatives with Carriers, Vendors, Customer Service and Retail teams to improve customer experience, vendor experience and processes.
  • Collaborate with team to improve tracking and monitoring of pipeline to increase team efficiency.
  • Analyzing, tracking and improving vendor’s DF integration process for First Party Amazon Carriers and Third Party partners across all EU marketplaces.
  • Preparing for and leading Ops calls, business reviews (XBRs) and workshops (internal/external) and advising Amazon leadership team proactively of critical situations along with the expected impact and mitigation actions planned.
  • Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
