Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas.
  • 5 years managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership.
  • Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians.
  • Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Coursework/Training: Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups.
  • Coursework/Training: Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma within 1 year of hire.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) within 3 years of hire.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • 2 years experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • 1 year management of people.
