Summary
We are looking for a “Senior Program Operations Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Ground Based Systems” division at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.
The “Ground Based Systems” division is a very fast-growing business area in the course of the turnaround. Within a short period of time, the delivery figures for our optronic products must be increased significantly in order to meet delivery obligations. In addition to the ramp-up of existing products, the successful industrialized development of new sensors must be completed and these must also be brought into production in increased quantities.
Our portfolio includes optronic cameras for day/night use in military vehicles. In customer and development projects, the products are developed according to product management specifications and manufactured in production projects. This involves preparing and supporting the projects as part of resource planning and coordination and creating decision templates for strategic planning.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for achieving the OTCQ delivery obligations on behalf of the divisional management
• Responsibility for S & OP process and FCO process (cross-functional, coordination, demand, procurement, production and conflict resolution) and their continuous development
• Technical leadership of the program operation management team of the Ground Based Systems division and the project managers as part of project execution
• Ensuring project-specific, cross-divisional and cross-location cooperation
• Reporting to management and implementing management decisions
• Tracking all relevant KPIs and developing a CIP mindset in the Ground Based Systems teams
• Technical support and coaching of the project managers

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable; MBA advantageous
• Extensive experience in project / program and process management
• Experience in ramp-up and management of large industrial manufacturing projects
• Ability to quickly understand complex information and present it in simple, easy-to-understand language
• Strong communication skills across departmental and project boundaries
• Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
• High degree of flexibility
• Very good knowledge of German and English
