Senior Programme Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation (Hybrid)

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Programme Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, SD-WAN, and SASE deployments, across multiple healthcare locations. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior Programme Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s digital transformation goals and enhancing the technology landscape for healthcare services.
Please note: This is a hybrid role with ocassional travel to our offices as required.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure program management within complex, regulated environments, along with hands-on experience managing cloud transitions, network transformations, and security-focused infrastructure projects. This role requires effective leadership of cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive change within healthcare environments.
