  • Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
  • You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Event Project Consultant (Accommodation Contracting) to join our growing Delegate Management project team.
You will be responsible for engaging when sourcing and formal contracting is required, reviewing all aspects of the agreement ensuring compliance is met. You will ensure first-class event delivery is met in a structured and timely manner and lead specific housing related projects. One minute you could be looking after bookings for 11,000 people in Toronto and next you could be looking after 500 bookings in Berlin.
You have great communication with clients and enjoy meeting and exceeding their expectations. You have the ability to take initiative, work under pressure, adapt to ever changing circumstances, as well as demonstrating a high level of comfort and accuracy with figures and numerical data. You will also have the ability and want to support with onsite events across the UK and overseas.
