YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Product Development within the VMS industry, as well as food and / or beverage industry, any additional experience in Project Management, Business Operations or Project Controlling are highly advantaged
• You have further skills in Operational Improvement and Stakeholder Management in corporate, start-up or FMCG environments
• Proven experience in successfully coordinating product launches with a focus on the European market, ideally in international markets
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a creative thinker with a strong focus on innovation and market trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus!

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator / Product Lifecycle Manager to drive and coordinate our Product Development (PD) initiatives within our product categories (convenient food, beverages, supplements, and others). The ideal candidate will coordinate the various stages of product development, from prototyping to market launch, with a deep understanding of the online FMCG market. This role requires a resilient strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness and a comprehensive understanding of the global food and beverage industry, as well as a clear track record in latest project management practices. We are looking for an experienced candidate who is able to operationally structure and coordinate the product development department, create cross-functional engagement and a smooth flow of information across 10 teams, while managing 40 product launches per year in close cooperation with the CPO and Head of PD.

• You coordinate and manage interdisciplinary teams and MD’s to make sure to have a consistent and clear cross-functional information flow and strong collaboration to comply with the company’s goals
• Manage the product lifecycle process, including concept development, prototype testing, production scaling, and post-launch evaluation together with the PD Process Manager
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met OTIFIQ
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in project management methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• You clarify tasks and responsibilities as well as the distribution of roles within the international teams and serve as a structure provider
• You assure documentation, continuously check the achievement of project goals, proactively initiate countermeasures and report directly to the Head of PD
