Responsibilities:

  • Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
  • Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
  • Assist in providing monthly forecast for assigned and prospected clients and sales number
  • Assist in project executions, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery
  • Follow up closely on invoices after rendering services
  • Any other duties as assigned and compliance to ISO / OSHA standards
