Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer in Oak Lawn, IL. The work will be done onsite four days a week. One day a week will be work-from-home. This is a permanent job. Compensation is up to $140/yr + full benefits.

Position Title: Senior Project Engineer

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer responsible for leading capital projects, including engineering design, development of specifications, project planning, and execution. This role will organize and coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets within a manufacturing setting focused on food production enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, particularly in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and TPM - Early Management.
Experience with building expansions in a food process environment is preferred

Responsibilities:

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on project execution.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
