ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Project Engineer on the New Toowoomba Hospital project will coordinate on-site engineering functions to achieve time and budget objectives and provide efficient support for construction activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE
- Provide effective leadership and sustainable working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure site safety, quality, environment controls and risk management
- Develop, document and execute the construction to a methodology that eliminates safety risk and is delivered on or ahead of program time to the correct design documents
- Mentor and develop the Supervisors and Engineers on the project as part of their career development
- Develop and maintain a positive project culture
