Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As our new Senior/Project Engineer, you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary Ramboll buildings APAC. To succeed in this role, you must have bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Your role is based in Singapore, where you will work within the Civil/Structure Engineering Building team. You will be involved on a wide range of projects across Singapore and South-East-Asia which you may assign to from time to time.

YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, RE/RTO, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Attend regular site meetings, inspections and monitoring of project progress.
  • Provide regular project management reports for QP’s review.
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors for technical issues, manage RFI, RFA, shop drawings etc. submissions.
  • Manage changes to the project scopes, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Work with the team members to prepare as-built submission and other submissions to relevant competent authorities such as BCA, LTA, Nparks , PUB etc
  • Any other C&S related matters which may raises from time to time

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
  • Min 5 years’ lexperience in construction stage handling local complex / large pr0rojects;
  • relevant working experience in consultancy firms as added advantage ;
  • Good knowledge of modelling software, e.g. ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to details
