Senior/ Project Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering or institution of higher learning qualification.
• Proficient using office productivity tools preparing slides, document, schedule and costing.

• Read and interpret 2-D drawings (Architecture, Structural, Single line diagram, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation and Combined Services Drawing) for the preparation of schedule, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Describe in writing assigned task trade (builder, ACMV and electrical) scope of works and prepare request for quotation (RFQ), evaluation and recommendation writeup.
• Write test and commission scripts capturing results meeting design specifications.
• Work on building monitoring and automation systems. Planning – prepare point schedule, categorizing signal to work out the hardware requirements, data collection network design and deployment. Knowledge in deployed information and communications technology (ICT) equipment hardening. Execution – develop micro schedule coincide with master schedule and adjust accordingly with shifting site environment.
• Surveillance and access control systems employing mass storage system with redundancy in compliance with security agency requirements.
• Work with contractors meeting project specifications and completion date.
