Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical to support our operations in the East Pilbara, on a 5:2/4:3 roster from Perth, WA. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

• Experience in project management, ideally in a brownfield’s environment.
• Previous on-site experience.
• Defining scope, ensuring compliance, project documentation, client liaison, budgeting and cost control, scheduling, quality control and risk management
• Build project estimates and assist in crafting tender submissions
• Lead the blue-collar workforce during execution of work
• Interpret drawings, standards, and client procedures
• Engage and manage sub-contractors
• Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
