YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • You have excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • You have more than four years of professional experience in project management office and therefore knowledge of common project management methods
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with known Project & Portfolio Management software applications (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, Planvie, Monday.com
  • Experience with data analysis reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Looker, Tableau, Jira etc).
  • Confident handling of MS Office combined with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German (fluent /C2) and English skills

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing PMO frameworks & methodologies and introducing new tools for the CPO office.
  • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Looker, Tableau, Jira etc.
  • Design and manage standardized project management processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Planning and tracking project activities and schedules within the CPO Office
  • Monitoring of specific objectives
  • Efficient project documentation to accelerate and optimise decision making
