Stocco Construction is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in the restoration industry, specifically in abatement and demolition.
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of previous asbestos abatement project management experience, preferably in the restoration industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of asbestos abatement regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or VersionOne
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct technical writing and documentation for project deliverables
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Use project management tools to track progress and manage tasks
- Maintain and grow the customer territory
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables are met according to contract terms
- Update and maintain communications with PMA, Scheduling, deliveries
- Obtain signed change orders for all work not on the original estimate
- Ensure all relevant safety standards are followed according to WorkSafe BC requirements
