The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) function is the technical, operational, and project delivery hub of AMP, partnering with AMP business units to design, deliver and manage innovative technology and operational solutions that meet the current and future needs of customers. Responsibilities:

- Experience in delivering financial transformation projects is desirable
- Experience in working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments is desirable
- Excellent collaboration with other Streams within the Service-X Program to ensure dependencies are proactively managed
