WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Bank of Ireland are delighted to be hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our Group Change division!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of major change programmes, from initiation to closure, to meet defined business and technical objectives within agreed time, cost and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Establish and maintain an appropriate project governance structure and effective communication processes and manage project issues, risks, dependencies and change control within agreed processes to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
- Confirm the scope of a proposed project or programme, and clearly define the objectives and Business outcomes
- Plan the project and monitor its overall progress, resolving issues, initiating corrective action as appropriate and referring major issues upwards as necessary
- Lead the operational activities of internal teams, partners, third parties, where appropriate i.e. providing mentorship, checking invoices, internal cross charging and confirming / signing-off deliverables
- Ensure effective communication with all partners to the project and an effective relationship with relevant partners to coordinate delivery of the technical solution(s)
- Manage both dependencies and the interfaces between constituent projects and workstreams
- Ensure that business readiness preparation is complete to ensure successful transitioning to live customer and colleague environment
- Robust maintenance of all documentation/registers and management of suitable governance for Risk and Compliance
