As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the charge in managing and delivering transformative projects that shape the built environment and impact communities. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all phases of new-build and refurbishment schemes from inception through to completion.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, managing budgets, and ensuring capital schemes are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Ensuring projects are compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and guidance.
  • Leading stakeholder engagement, including managing user group requirements and translating them into clear project briefs.
  • Collaborating with external consultants and internal teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Producing project execution plans and detailed critical path programs.
  • Overseeing the procurement of consultants and contractors, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Establishing robust project governance, processes, and systems to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Leading change control processes, managing project information flow, and mitigating risks.
  • Producing high-level project progress reports and ensuring senior stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Assisting in the development of business cases for significant capital investment projects.
