YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business Analysis, Project or Program management, Business, or related field preferred OR a significant amount of directly related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position.
• Four or more years’ experience/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, documentation, and/or project/support management.
• High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
• Customer Focus / Relationship Building Ability to establish and maintain relationships while providing quality customer service and support.
• Track record of being a team player who is supportive of group decisions and ideas, shares information and accepts responsibility for results.
• Project management qualifications such as PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Open to working night shift

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for executing on the operational aspects of executive sponsored projects and initiatives. The projects will vary in size and complexity and will typically involve multiple work streams/functional groups including supply chain, technology, finance, data science and operations. This includes responsibility for managing projects end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, and implementation stages. This role contributes to Business projects that play an important role in moving the organization forward by providing improvements across the business.
