The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for the planning and delivery of technical product (hardware and software) projects through all phases of the project including concept, development, test and new-product introduction (NPI). You will be immersed in many different skillset projects (HW, FPGA, SW) requiring you to successfully manage between differing requirements, timelines and priorities.
This hybrid role allows you to work from your Ottawa-area home office, with occasional in-person collaboration at the Kanata office; we are welcoming individuals to apply who are in commuting distance to our Kanata, ON office.

• Partner with product owners to interpret technical requirements, develop project plans, drive schedules, influence budgets and report on progress
• Identify potential roadblocks and strategize to align with business goals, deadlines and resource coordination to ensure results are achieved
• Encourage and facilitate effective communication and negotiation across teams, identifying and addressing priorities and conflict
• Maintain accurate records including discussions, decisions, risks, risk mitigations, and deliverables
• Capture, track and report on effort and resources for each project and submit reporting to various internal (e.g., finance, PLM) and external stakeholders (e.g., governmental agencies)
