We are seeking someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about transformation of public spaces to join the City Design Team in the Chief Operations Office to assist in delivering projects as part of the City of Sydney’s public domain transformation.
The Senior Project Manager will work with multiple stakeholders, authorities, consultants, contractors externally and other project managers and urban design specialists in the City Design team to ensure the delivery of civil infrastructure, public domain, pedestrian and other projects within the Sydney city centre and across the Local Government Area for the benefit of the community.
The role is responsible for working with the Delivery Manager, Specialists Project Manager, Urban Designers and other public infrastructure specialists to deliver capital works from conception to completion with safety as the highest priority.
The role will liaise with community and key stakeholders and work with internal project managers and engage and manage external stakeholders as required. It will be responsible for delivering projects in line with the City’s strategic objectives within time and budget constraints while ensuring project integrity.
