Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Clinical Data Sharing team within Platforms (part of Product and Platforms, Transformation Directorate).
The Clinical Data Sharing area works across the health and care sector to build, run and maintain digital products and services to better inform clinical decisions, improve health outcomes and enable interoperability.
This role is an essential part of the Clinical Data Sharing team, taking responsibility for various aspects of financial and work management, ensuring relevant process are in place and are effective in the efficient running of the team and raising any risks and issues associated.
Main duties of the job
Manage and report upon financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, etc.
Own and manage the progression of Business Cases
Own and manage project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
Track various programme and portfolio performance KPIs
Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources
Facilitate SLT / Portfolio meetings and organise all team events

  • Delivery teams within Clinical Data Sharing and critical delivery partners such as: Supplier Partners, Clinical Staff, IG colleagues etc
