POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Project Delivery Services, the Senior Project Manager (SPM) has proven skills, knowledge, and experience to successfully manage construction projects with minimum supervision. The SPM is directly accountable for the successful project outcomes including complete client satisfaction, project profitability, and ongoing management and development of existing and new client relationships. The SPM is an integral part of our customer retention practices and represents MARANT in client interfaces. The SPM also participates in RFP interviews and supports other marketing and business development initiatives as required.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience at the Project Manager level in the corporate commercial interiors sector.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, non-verbal), and organizational skills
  • Ability grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups (co-workers, clients, subtrades, consultants, etc.)
  • Ability to work productively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization and project team.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple demands
