Description:
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Guide cross-functional data teams to achieve their goals
- Interdisciplinary facilitation of international project teams comprising members from data functions (e.g., data engineering, data architecture, data science, DataOps/DevOps) and business functions (e.g., risk management, finance, tech, GRC, etc.)
- Plan and drive the project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirements, and conduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities
- Manage and steer suppliers involved in the projects (if any)
- Ensure project completion within the defined timelines, quality standards, and budget
