The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide a critical role within Technology Solutions & Data Security
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management qualifications, such as SAFe, PMI Agile-Certified Practitioner and PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience, are desirable.
Responsibilities:
Establish effective internal and external stakeholder relationships using effective informal and formal methods of communication, including the preparation of complex reports, briefings and presentations to influence senior stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Some of your duties will include:
- Establish effective internal and external stakeholder relationships using effective informal and formal methods of communication, including the preparation of complex reports, briefings and presentations to influence senior stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on the status of internal and external dependencies. Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting internal or external dependency risks and issues impacting delivery timelines with mitigation strategies
- Undertake cross-functional coordination and the facilitation of collaboration and communication across various internal teams and streams (e.g., both technology stacks and the respective SDLC phases)
