Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role provides overall leadership and management of designated projects from conversion, through construction to handover and finalisation.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will oversee and manage Sub-Contractors to achieve defined project objectives in a way that fosters repeat business with each client and builds/maintains positive relationships with contractors, consultants and architects, whilst maximising profitability.
