Your responsibilities will include

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
• Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and milestones.
• Communication: Regularly update stakeholders, team members, and senior management on project goals, progress, and potential challenges.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among project team members by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Accountability Management: Track and manage action items, ensuring all parties deliver on their commitments and project goals are met.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project testing and ensure deliverables align with Cognigy’s quality standards.
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to capture lessons learned, applying improvements to future projects
