OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager ERP* to strengthen our IT department. You will work in Tübingen, Munich or home-based in Germany in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and Houston (TX). Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and roll-out of our new global ERP system in a GMP manufacturing and NASDAQ-listed environment.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and Validation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards (GMP, SOX).
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement
