Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, assuring project implementation in time, budget and quality
- Plan, review and monitor the contract with the client.
- Ensure necessary resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, changes, and risks.
- Manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual obligations relating to specifications, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Monitoring of billing milestones. Monitoring of the KPIs of the contracts.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Able to deliver projects in all Kapsch portfolio (tolling, traffic, clean air zones, ITS …)
- Escalates to Program Steering Committee in case of major program deviations / risk identified
- Leads contractual subcontractor negotiations
- Leads contractual negotiations with the customer
- Acts as Customer / Subcontractor interface escalation interface
- Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development
- Reviews/approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule.
- Drives risk, contract, claim and change management
- Arbitrate and resolve conflicts within the programme when necessary
