1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Full project life cycle ownership: from initiation and planning to completed project-seeking to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectations; managing scoping, ceremonies, risks, issues, activities and people to achieve successful project outcome.
• Identify, procure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
• Stakeholder management and project transparency - monitoring and sharing / reporting progress to relevant stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks and achievements
• Fostering - or supporting the fostering of - a culture of collaboration, openness and joint success in individual projects
