Description:

Are you driven by the challenge of overseeing large-scale, complex projects and program workstreams? Are you eager to take on an important role on Danske Bank’s strategic initiative, Forward’28? If your answer is yes, we offer an exciting opportunity to channel your skills and ambition into meaningful achievements as a senior project manager.

ABOUT US

This role is based in the Regulatory Projects team within Danske Bank’s Business Controls and Product Management (BCPM) unit. We lead transformational projects and programs for both Danske Bank and its subsidiaries across all of our markets. We function as group-wide consultancy and transformation unit.
Join a vibrant team at Danske Bank’s new headquarters, located in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, every team member is encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work, collaborate effectively, and take personal accountability for their contributions.
In addition to being part of an inspiring work environment, you will benefit from an attractive salary package, flexible working hours, and great opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities:

You will serve as a Project Manager within our Regulatory Projects team, where you’ll manage multiple aspects of your own projects and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery including planning, tracking progress, and execution.
  • Reporting on project status and managing potential risks and their solutions.
  • Collaborating with other project managers and the rest of the team to ensure effective program execution and to handle any arising issues or risks.
  • Establishing governance frameworks to manage risks and dependencies and ensuring a smooth transition to regular business operations at the end of the project.

This role requires you to work independently and interact frequently with the other project managers and across the department. You should be a strong team player who can work at both strategic and operational levels. You will pro-actively support the overall programme goals and should find it refreshing to work at a high/executive level but also to roll up your sleeves to drive execution when needed.
