Senior Project Manager for Workplace Experience

Can you lead our LEGO Workplace new HUB project portfolio? We are looking for a powerful Senior Project Manager with an attitude to win and succeed as one team. Working with the Workplace Experience Team, gives you a chance to be creative, empowered and have fun while learning through the power of project management within workplace projects.

• Employee Experience Project Manager for larger workplace projects.
• Deliver end to end workplace projects by following LEGO project model, drive project from end to end, throughout activities of ideation, Cases, mobilization, lease, design, procurement and execution on sales offices.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with LEGO standards, processes, and local regulations
• Drives alignment and collaboration with LEGO Ways of working, Design Managers and Local Operations team.
• Understand business need and support project sponsor to secure approval
• Source external vendors together with Procurement, onboard and manage external vendors
• Manage project scope, cost, timeline, risk, quality, resources to ensure project performance is in line with Business
