About the Role
As a Mid Project Manager, you’ll manage complex digital development projects for our dynamic and diverse clientele, fostering relationships and driving seamless web app production across English and Spanish-speaking regions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 7 years of relevant work experience
- Certification/training in Project and Product Management areas/processes/methodologies
- Strong background in digital product development
- Knowledge in staff augmentation
- Required certification: Scrum Master; Preferred (not required): PMP
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1)
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in the financial sector
- Organize and oversee project execution through the SCRUM Framework
- Manage customer interactions with clients from the USA and EMEA
- Lead digital product development initiatives
- Implement flexible working policies to support the team
- Other duties as assigned
