About this team
The lululemon GEC Tech team manages crucial platforms for Guest Support (our contact center), aligning their work with business objectives and ensuring efficient project delivery. This team, comprised of both in-office and remote members, thrives on connection and collaboration. They maintain a strong relationship with their business partners and are dedicated to providing high-level support and project delivery without disrupting operations. Connection is a priority, primarily in our Vancouver and Seattle hubs, in addition to connecting our remote teams.
A day in the life
As a Sr. Project Manager on the GEC Technology Team, not only are you responsible for executing on Project Manager duties, you are defining standards on the team and enforcing them, in partnership with your peer Project Managers and Program Managers. You intimately know the difference between Agile, and Waterfall, and can lead a scrum team while at the same time extracting valuable milestones from sprints to provide valuable timelines, plans, risks, milestones, and for upper management.
You also know how to have fun, create a positive environment, connect with your team, and take a lead on planning team connection events. We love to laugh and have fun in office (and remotely).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or other related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong experience in Contact Center technologies (Salesforce service cloud a huge plus and Five9, Twilio, Oracle OSC, Snowflake, Verint, PCIPAL to name a few)
  • 5-7+ years of project management/industry work experience
  • 5+ years experience as a project manager or scrum/agile lead, and defining + enforcing processes
  • Expert level leading IT SDLC processes (both waterfall and agile)
  • Experience working with cross-functional IT teams including software development, BA and QA.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with functional areas as it relates to data integrations, pipeline management, data modeling, and creation and delivery of reporting and similar experiences will be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing projects involving strong focus on operations will be strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$123,500 - $154,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. workplace arrangement
This role is classified as [Hybrid] under our SSC Workplace Policy:
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Milestone and timeline management
  • Follow and contribute to the E2E SDLC Agile process
  • Create Quarterly Project Plans
  • Work closely with the product manager, to execute on the quarterly plan and assess team capacity
  • Create and own E2E milestone and project plan, in addition to Agile epic/sprint plans
  • Follow and contribute to Program level governance, including project plans
  • Create build and influence team culture
  • Create manage and support JIRA project
  • Provide project health and status
  • Collaborate with the other Project Managers & Program Managers
  • Bridge the gap between NA tech teams and ITH tech teams
  • Work with business stakeholders and technology leaders to understand project vision and business needs and translate them into the project plan.
  • Define and maintain project scope, timelines, and risks.
  • Work with external project managers and stakeholders to drive GEC deliverables on time and within budgets.
  • Define and manage daily project activities, scrums / agile process, and track status.
  • Hold project team members accountable on estimates and timelines.
  • Provide project status reports, escalate issues, drive issue resolutions.
  • Help manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, OPEX reduction and enable innovation in team.
  • Ensure project processes like solution, code, test reviews et al are followed.
