Senior Project Manager Global Investment (m/f/d)

The Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), will perform an integral cross-functional role within The Global Investment Team of NTT Global Data Centers. The position will be responsible for implementing and tracking strategic projects and initiatives by the Investment Team, which will often involve a diverse number of stakeholders including team members from the region Global Data Centers businesses, as well as headquarters entities including NTT Ltd, NTT Data Inc,. and NTT Data and NTT Corporation.
Working closely with the Head of Global Investment, the position will play a key role in driving strategic project forwards, as well as underpinning the Rhythm of Business by ensuring meeting requirements are met, materials are prepared.
This role is based in the UK and is a full time hybrid role.

• Lead high-visibility strategic projects sponsored by NTT Global Data Centers.; responsible for proper project scoping, committals and delivery time frames along with reporting milestones. Responsible for successful completion and closeout of all assigned projects
• Facilitates the Rhythm of Business by managing meeting cadences and ensuring all materials are prepared for the Global Head of Investment and the wider project stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to: Steering Committees, Executive Project Meetings, monthly corporate department reporting, and Board of Director material
• Documents and publishes meeting agendas, presentation slide decks and associated minutes, along with maintaining and ensuring accomplishment of rolling action items list for project teams and executives
• Global Data Center business steward for Requests for Information and cadenced reporting for The Global Executive Leadership as well as headquarters entities including NTT Ltd, NTT Data Inc, NTT Data and NTT Corporation to ensure requests align with strategic guidance and associated initiatives
• Follows up effectively with all levels of the organization; reports progress through the executive team and proactively escalates issues and risks that require executive attention
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external collaborators and stakeholders across all Global Data Centers departments and the wider NTT Group. Interfaces with vendors as necessary
