With a track record of successful projects that redefine communities, they are committed to excellence in design, construction, and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing high-rise projects from inception to completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 plus years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise construction.
- Proven track record of managing high-rise projects (40+ storeys) from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project close-out procedures.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
- Utilize project management software to track and manage project deliverables.
