Responsibilities:
MŌ TE TŪRANGA | ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives within IAG’s CFO business unit. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and embedding of projects. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, governance, and cost/benefit analysis, as well as fostering strong relationships across IAG to deliver customer-focused, commercially sound solutions. The ideal candidate will bring effective project and change management disciplines to ensure initiatives transition smoothly to business-as-usual operations, enhancing delivery culture and capability across the organization.
This is a one year fixed-term, full-time position, based in Auckland.
To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have the following:
- Significant experience in project management
- Experience managing organizational change in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience in business improvement-related change initiatives.
- Proven delivery management skills and financial acumen, particularly in planning and resource governance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in complex environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
