Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team, overseeing ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-value projects from $5 million to $70 million. In this role, you will work closely with general contractors, builders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage ICI construction projects through all stages, from inception to completion
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with general contractors, builders, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, troubleshooting issues as they arise to maintain project continuity
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship to junior project staff
