  As Kiwibank’s Senior Project Manager (Phase Delivery Lead), you’ll act as a servant leader and coach—removing impediments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and engaged, and guiding cross-functional teams toward meaningful outcomes. You’ll lead a “Phase” (a group of business-critical initiatives) with a flexible, adaptive approach that maximises value delivery in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to coach teams on best practices, remove roadblocks, and cultivate a supportive environment that fosters team growth and success.
• Expertise in leading rolling-wave planning, prioritising and sequencing activities, and pivoting strategies swiftly while maintaining alignment with overarching business goals.
• Proven experience in partnering with Senior Business Transformation Leads, Change Leads, and Product Management to ensure initiatives stay on track, align with strategy, and build trust across various organisational levels.
• Comfort and proficiency in navigating significant ambiguity, with the ability to refine deliverables and inform planning processes effectively.
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies early to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and value delivery across teams.
• Strong commitment to fostering feedback loops, encouraging innovation, and driving reflective practices to enable teams to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.
• Over 10 years of experience managing complex projects in large organisations using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
