Description:
THE GROUP YOU’LL BE A PART OF
You will be joining the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization, which is a small team within the Global Order Fulfillment organization. The Global Order Fulfillment organization provides best in class demand planning, order management, and delivery execution for the Global Operations organization. S&OP is chartered with keeping demand and supply in balance to enable predictable operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Establish an aggregated global demand signal at the product level by understanding Sales forecast signals (CRM) and key market inflections (up or down)
- Partner with regional factory planners to identify and mitigate factory and supply chain risks: establish mitigation plans to address gaps & drive to resolution.
- Act as the Order Fulfillment front-line interface with Lam’s internal Sales Operations organization (BDSO) and drive accountability to mutual service level agreements
- Create and maintain an 18-month operational plan that prepares customer demand, establishes competitive product lead-times, and incorporates strategic demand needs
