We’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Project Manager to join the Property Team! We have ambitious and exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan.

• Working with the Projects Director to establish the overall success criteria for the proje
• Knowledge and understanding to develop Heads of Terms, Shell Specification’s, Acoustic Reports, etc.
• Knowledge to deal with all building certifications when it comes to building legislation.
• Providing advice and support on the different approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve objectives once on site.
• Maintaining schedules of activity and updating the master project plan.
• Delivering schemes of work following the approved plans and targets.
• Following KPI’s to improve project performance.
• Understand and follow agreed budgets.
• Attending meetings to support in the flow of project information between the team and Lane7 senior team.
• Manage site meetings/minutes and update the relevant comms platforms.
• Work with third party contractors, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages.
• Have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks.
• Ensure key information and data are effectively cascaded and appropriately retained.
