To strengthen our rapidly growing facility near Munich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge e-beam semiconductor equipment with a strong motive to drive optimization of processes and delivery of objectives to meet business objectives and create more value for our customers.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 10 years of work experience preferably in project management
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of complex projects and teams in highly dynamic environment(s).
- Project Management Certification by PMI, etc would be an advantage
- Capability to review technical designs
- Define and leverage processes and teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Change management skills
- Excellent Leadership, interpersonal & networking skills
- Analytical mindset
- Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels
