A GROWING MAIN CONTRACTOR WITH STRONG FINANCIAL COVENANT STRENGTH IS LOOKING TO EXPAND THEIR REGIONAL PRESENCE IN THE NORTH WEST AND LOOKING TO APPOINT A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER TO LEAD AS NO.1 ON A SIGNIFICANT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT SCHEME IN MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE ON EARLY STAGES OF PRE CONSTRUCTION, LOGISTICS AND PLANNING BEFORE CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES IN 2025.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Director level candidate with the ability to lead and manage Design and Build of a £100m+ scheme through pre construction stages with support of commercial, Design Management team to assist the delivery of the scheme from Stage 4 design and through the construction cycle of the project that is due to commence in 2025.
The project involves high density development of RC frame apartment blocks, significant infrastructure.
Candidates that can demonstrate a successful construction track record in Project Management within a Main Contractor to deliver residential schemes would be of strong interest. The ability to manage pre construction, planning and logistics of significant residential building projects is a must. a track record of delivery of buildings that average between 20-40 stories for residential apartments is essential.
