About this team
The Mobile Commerce team delivers an in-store mobile app for Educators to help Guests find products online and purchase in-store. We are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and deliver multiple projects defined by our roadmap. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years as a project manager with agile experience
  • Ideally 3+ years experience in enterprise mobile project management
  • Managed budget of 1-2 projects, inter-functional dependencies, single region impact, = 1m capex estimated for the total initiative
  • Experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and NAM
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification is nice to have
  • Passionate for problem solving & ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
  • Good leadership skills including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
  • Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $154,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
