Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will directly contribute to improving the health and wellbeing for our population and ensuring the sustainability of our local services. The post holder will work collaboratively with Programme Managers and Clinical Programme Groups to implement change. This could be in the form of developing new care pathways or models of care, savings schemes and service specifications. The Senior Project Manager , supported by the Deputy Director, Associate Directors and Senior Programme Managers, will contribute expertise and knowledge on implementation and sustainability of programmes to ensure change plans are embedded within services and deliver the expected outcomes.
Maintaining strong working relationships across organisational boundaries and ensuring successful project delivery are pivotal aspects to this role
