Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) is looking to reinforce its Geneva-based Strategy team with a Senior Manager.
Reporting to the CFO of Pictet Wealth Management (“PWM”), the PWM Strategy team is instrumental in achieving our strategic priorities and financial targets. As part of a high-performing team, you will assist our senior management by delivering business and financial insights and supporting the planning, monitoring and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team head and other team members in their role s and responsibilities.
- Coordinating our strategic planning process with our market heads, investment platform and support functions and structuring our mid-term financial plan as well as the underlying strategic initiatives.
- Preparing update s for our managerial committees on our commercial and financial results as well as progress accomplished on our strategic roadmap.
- Supporting the articulation of PWM’s strategic priorities, breaking them down into initiatives and projects, helping in their implementation and monitoring their completion.
- Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee.
- Producing reports on a monthly basis, conducting a quarterly financial forecast for all zones and engaging in dialogue with each Executive Board (ExBo) member to identify concrete actions to ensure that targets are reached.
- Identifying and structuring performance improvement opportunities regarding revenue growth (clients and markets as well as products and services), cost optimization (front, middle and back) and capital consumption.
- Improving tools and processes, notably through close collaboration with PWM Finance Analytics.
Your profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role in financial services or with a top consulting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of and interest in the banking/asset management industries.
- Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with numbers and capable of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver on multiple tasks under pressure and within short deadlines.
- Proactive, able to work efficiently on your own and driven by a desire to excel in a demanding environment.
- Expert presentation skills (PowerPoint) and skilled user of analytical tools and languages (Excel, Tableau, VBA).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
