The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to successfully deliver complex projects across multiple asset classes. This includes managing key project requirements, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Expertise in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and FIDIC contracts (1999, Red & Yellow Book).
• In-depth understanding of UAE local authority processes and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on delivering results, managing risks, and driving team performance.

Education & Qualification:

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field (BSc in Construction or Project Management preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager, with at least 2 years in the GCC region

• Oversee project management processes in line with company standards and ensure compliance with project management procedures.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring a positive and high-performance environment.
• Take ownership of project delivery, coordinating with senior managers, stakeholders, and clients.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, and execution plans.
• Develop and implement project policies, procedures, and communication protocols.
• Manage and support the preparation of reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Oversee project accounting, including invoicing and budgeting.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, representing the Asset Management Department with professionalism and integrity.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
