EXPERIENCE

  • Experience collaborating with the Sales team to implement programs and projects
  • PMP certification or active pursuit preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards and best practices (e.g., PMBOK).
  • Familiarity with various IT project methodologies and life cycles.
  • Understanding of industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and FIS products/services.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and auxiliary tools.
  • Strong skills in managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Effective negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives and set clear expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Sales support team, responsible for the execution of sales programs
  • Directing and managing day-to-day operations of the PMO, covering both technical and non-technical programs.
  • Guiding personnel managing the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
  • Developing and enforcing project management best practices, processes, and policies.
  • Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Ensuring efficient project management processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Providing executive management with resource forecasts and program status updates.
  • Supervising project and program managers to ensure projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.
  • Performing other related duties as needed.
