SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AT SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

Location: Denmark
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for leading large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical industry? Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager who will be primarily site-based, to join our team and drive our ambitious projects to success. If you have a strong BMS background in site environments, a knack for managing stakeholders, and a technical edge, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing large projects in a site environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Background: BMS knowledge, and strong technical knowledge, particularly in electrical installations and panels.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Danish and English at a negotiation level, both verbal and written.
• Site Experience: Extensive experience working on-site, leading teams, and managing complex projects.
• Contractor Side Experience: Significant experience working on the contractor side, with a deep understanding of interfaces with other contractors (mechanical and electrical).
• Procurement & QS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of procurement, subcontracting, invoicing, claims, and variation orders.
• Planning Skills: Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and experienced in managing project dependencies and predecessors.
• H&S Certification: Health and Safety certification is a plus.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale projects on-site, overseeing design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and client validation.

• Reporting: Provide detailed internal and external reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics
