Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading diverse project teams and working with Senior Leadership Teams (SLT).
  • Expertise in governance, escalation management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Solid technical background, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments, driving change management initiatives effectively.
  • Strong risk management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
