• Manage (large) cross-functional projects to develop standardization and critical operational processes, systems and functions This includes project definition, scope, solution, plan and implementation.
• Manage small size programs: coordinate activities (program goals and objectives, scope, implementation plan, stakeholder management) between multiple projects.
• Help translate the operations strategy into projects for operational excellence to drive operational excellence and fulfill functional requirements for our warehouse, store and field operations.
• Manage stakeholders at every level of the organization (from Management to service associates and mechanics) during sponsor meetings and project team meetings.
• Drive the continuous improvement mindset at Swapfiets. Foster improvement by all, and the sharing & implementation of best practices across locations, functions and geographies, with initial focus is on Operations.
• Act as a bridge between operations and HQ: visit Swapfiets locations regularly
